Shrimp salad is one of the ways in which to incorporate the delicious chives because they add wonderful flavor to the salad. When ready to serve, split 2 large butter rolls such as those found here @ https://randiscountrykitchen.com/2019/05/02/country-style-butter-rolls/, or 4 small slider rolls. Butter the insides of the rolls and grill in a nonstick pan until golden brown. Fill the rolls by pressing the salad onto the bottom of the roll to hold it together while placing the top on the roll. Press down slightly while holding the sides to keep the filling in the roll.
